Avisena Specialist Hospital

Underwent sinus antrostomy & washout by Dato Dr Abdul Razak on 17/1/24. The procedure went well and Anaest team Dato Dr Jaseemuddin did a great job as well. The bad side about Avisena is that you have to wait for more than 24hours to be admitted from the clinic. and it doesnt mean that you will get the entitled room cause the room almost always unavailable. they promise to upgrade the room but failed to do so. The food was horrible but there's always room for improvement. Please do so.. However, to revisit, i would say YES!

Another positive point worth mentioning is the hospital's location. The presence of numerous food outlets across the road adds a layer of convenience for visitors. This accessibility to food options ensures that patients and their families have convenient choices nearby, contributing to an overall positive experience. In summary, my visit to Avisena Hospital was characterized by comfort, efficiency, and competence. The smooth process, cashless parking, and nearby food options further enhance the overall experience, making Avisena Hospital a reliable and user-friendly healthcare facility.

Although my previous experiences at the clinic were great, today the staff at the GL verification took a long time to serve me. I retrieved my number at 1.56 pm, and my number was finally called at 2.37 pm. They need to be less gossiping and talking among themselves and focus on clearing the waiting time. It took less than 2 minutes for them to verify my details. I hope the staff can be trained to provide a better service in the future.
